Job summary

Johnson Health Tech is seeking a Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead infrastructure, cloud, network, and voice across all locations. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT, you will ensure reliability, security, and cost-effective delivery of enterprise services while mentoring technical teams and managing AI platforms.

You will drive automation, standardization, and vendor management, oversee licensing for Microsoft 365, Jira, Smartsheet, and other SaaS, and maintain disaster

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years in infrastructure, cloud, network, or IT operations.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure and cloud services.
• Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and recoverability across all locations.
• Develop infrastructure standards, roadmaps, and documentation aligned with cybersecurity.
• Drive automation, standardization, modernization, and cost optimization.
• Oversee software licensing and subscriptions (Microsoft 365, Jira, Smartsheet, AI platforms).
• Manage on-call coverage and incident response for critical systems.
