American Airlines is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional in the Fort Worth area to design and implement robust server, network, and storage solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues
• Willingness to travel
• Willingness to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Split, or weekends)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networks, and storage
• Maintain and support IT systems; perform updates and troubleshoot issues
• Troubleshoot complex issues escalated from Level 1/2 support teams
• Manage and implement security controls to protect infrastructure
• Collaborate with network engineers and system admins to ensure seamless operation
