Responsibilities

• Apply server load balancing, clustering, and scaling concepts.
• Diagnose and resolve middleware issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor on-site and remote data center operations, including HVAC, power, and facility safety systems.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
• Support disaster recovery and on-call responsibilities as part of a rotating schedule.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Travel as required.
