Job summary

Responsibilities include Windows desktop support, device setup, troubleshooting, software installation, user assistance, and routine maintenance, with emphasis on reliability and operational continuity during staffing shortages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years of technology experience supporting IT infrastructure.
• Experience with networks, security, and hardware.
• System-specific certifications may be required.
• Must have a valid Texas driver's license and comply with COH AP2-2 policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for HPW endpoint devices.
• Deploy, maintain and administer HPW infrastructure systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop issues and perform software installation.
• Assist end users and provide routine maintenance.
