Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and administration of HPW endpoint devices and infrastructure.
- Support HPW IT EUSS to ensure operational continuity during staffing shortages.
- Assist end users with issues, software installation, and routine maintenance.
- Adhere to HR IT standards and COH AP2-2 policy.
