Job summary

F2G is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure, Systems & Operations to guide our global IT stack from Princeton with hybrid flexibility. You will own end-user support, device lifecycle, identity management, and secure, scalable IT operations for a clinical‑stage biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT support, systems administration, or similar.
• Strong Windows and mobile environment troubleshooting and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with Intune and Autopilot for endpoint management and zero-touch provisioning.
• Experience with MDM, device enrollment, and security/compliance policies.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SSO/MFA, and related technologies.
• Strong communication, documentation and knowledge base development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the Princeton site with hybrid flexibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and conference room IT issues.
• Manage end-user device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, deployment and retirement.
• Configure and maintain Intune, Autopilot, and BYOD/mobile device management policies.
• Help maintain secure, compliant IT environments with appropriate access controls and privacy measures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base, how-to guides, and self-service content.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors for escalations and project work.
• Support CSV/CSA and regulated system considerations as needed.
