Job summary

GlobalHealth is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure to design, maintain, and secure the server and networking stack across on-prem and cloud environments. You will drive capacity planning, architect changes, and oversee engineers, administrators, and third-party providers.

You will collaborate with IT Security to remediate vulnerabilities, manage budgets, and ensure SIL and DR preparedness while delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure for healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in infrastructure management.
• Experience with Windows VM, Hyper-V, Red Hat Linux and Cisco networking.
• Cloud experience with Azure and AWS preferred.
• High level certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, Linux, VMware) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and maintain the company's infrastructure.
• Lead Infrastructure Engineers and Administrators from vision to completion.
• Collaborate with IT Security to prevent and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Provide Tier 3 technical guidance on escalated issues.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgeting, and procurement.
• Maintain backup solutions (tape, NAS, cloud) and DR planning.
