Job summary

Codexis, Inc. in Redwood City, CA, seeks a Senior Director to lead IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity strategy and operations. You will steer cloud, networks, servers, storage, endpoints and AI infrastructure while aligning projects with business priorities and ensuring secure, scalable services across environments.

You will guide investments, governance for AI data access, risk management and incident response, partnering with executives and IT stakeholders to drive resilience and reliability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience in IT infrastructure and security.
• Experience leading infrastructure strategy and operations across networks, cloud, servers, storage and endpoints.
• Proven ability to manage Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 infrastructure or comparable platforms.
• Strong governance, risk management and incident response leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set infrastructure strategy and architecture with a forward-looking roadmap.
• Lead reliable infrastructure and end-user services operations for availability and performance.
• Develop the team, allocate work, coach staff and build future IT capabilities.
• Manage partners, vendors, budgets and risk with business value in mind.
• Oversee network, cloud, identity, security and platform governance for AI initiatives.
