You will collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to translate complex enterprise requirements into robust platform capabilities and ensure reliability, velocity, and trust at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong backend software engineering fundamentals with production-grade distributed systems experience.
• Experience in security, identity, encryption, policy systems, or enterprise governance.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate backend systems that protect enterprise data with strong security controls.
• Build and maintain the enterprise control plane to configure, enforce, and audit Codex usage.
• Develop scalable services across identity, authorization, configuration, and audit logging.
• Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into durable platform capabilities.
