Coda Search│Staffing seeks a Director of IT & Security to provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for the company's technology environment, ERP, and manufacturing systems across a global footprint.

This role balances executive strategy with direct technical involvement, overseeing IT governance, infrastructure reliability, security, AI strategy, vendor relationships, and compliance while partnering with Finance, Operations, Sales, Quality, Supply Chain, HR and leadership to align

Qualifications

10+ years IT leadership in manufacturing environments.
ERP implementation/maintenance experience with major platforms.
Experience managing multi-site, multinational operations.
Analytics/BI tools experience (Power BI, Tableau).
SOX and IT controls/compliance experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute IT strategy, roadmap, and cybersecurity priorities.
Establish IT policies, security standards, DR/BC planning, and vendor governance.
Lead IT team, set goals, succession plans, and develop talent.
Oversee IT budgets, contracts, and third-party resources.
Manage infrastructure, ERP, CRM, analytics, and manufacturing systems.
Drive ERP modernization, integrations, reporting, and lifecycle management.
Maintain information security program and incident response plan.
Coordinate security testing, remediation, and awareness activities.
Lead IT aspects of acquisitions, carve-outs, and integrations.
Partner with leaders to improve processes with technology and AI.
Ensure compliant software licensing and IT controls.
