LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Director of Cloud Operations & Reliability to lead enterprise-wide AI operational excellence for large-scale cloud-native platforms. The role drives availability, incident response, observability, automation, and governance while leading high-performing operations and reliability teams.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Client Engagement to ensure resilient, customer-focused service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 9+ years of technology operations experience including 5+ years managing managers and senior technical professionals.
• Deep expertise with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale, highly available platforms.
• Strong background in SRE, platform operations, incident management, and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 global cloud operations for mission-critical applications and platforms.
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis and corrective actions during major incidents.
• Develop and enforce observability standards and playbooks across applications and infrastructure.
• Drive AI-driven operational excellence, self-healing capabilities, and continuous improvement.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Engineering, Product, Security and Infrastructure.
