Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Sr. Director of Infrastructure to own security, availability and performance of our production systems. You will lead architecture decisions while building the team, budget and standards to sustain rapid growth.

This role oversees 10+ engineers and managers, ensuring SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance and hands-on incident response, with cloud operations spanning AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of infrastructure and information management experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ including managers.
• Hands-on production experience with AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Own security, availability and performance of production systems.
• Set architecture direction and build the team, budget and standards.
• Maintain multi-region infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Manage cloud spend and vendor contracts.
