• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in network operations, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, cloud operations, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical teams.
• Hands-on experience owning or administering Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience building and enforcing change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of network and infrastructure projects with budget discipline.
• Own the Azure environment, governance, cost management, and roadmap planning.
• Develop and enforce security policies, incident response, and compliance programs.
