Job summary

Gemaire Distributors is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL to lead planning, execution, and delivery of network and cloud initiatives. You will own Azure governance, security controls, disaster recovery, and vendor coordination across multiple sites including branches and remote workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in network/infra roles.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Hands-on Azure experience.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Experience with DR planning and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of network and infrastructure projects.
• Develop scopes, plans, timelines, and riskmitigation strategies for initiatives.
• Manage asset lifecycle, migrations, and decommissions with documentation.
• Align infrastructure with IT strategy, security, and risk reduction.
• Define and enforce standards, runbooks, and best practices.
• Build and maintain change management with auditable processes.
• Establish configuration management, patching, backup validation, and DR readiness.
• Audit systems and processes, report findings, drive corrective actions.
