Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Operations or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading major incident response or enterprise crisis management.
• Experience with DevOps, enterprise integrations, or regulated platforms.
• Strong ITSM knowledge across incident/problem management and service delivery.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate parallel workstreams.
• Excellent communications with executives and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide incident management for critical systems and assess impacts.
• Serve as primary escalation leader for high-priority incidents and restoration.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams including SAP ATTP, SAP Basis, OTC, WMS and more.
• Develop and execute platform operations strategies aligned with security and compliance.
• Own executive communications and translate status into business updates.
• Guide governance, standards, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with operations to assess customer impact and communicate with stakeholders.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, automation, and vendor performance.
