Expedia Group in Seattle is seeking a Senior Inventory Fulfilment Coordinator to own end-to-end IT hardware asset operations across the AMER region. You will manage ordering, lifecycle, tagging, and CMDB integrity, coordinating with procurement and IT operations to ensure availability and compliance.

The role focuses on data accuracy, process improvements, and audit readiness, with onsite, regional collaboration and strong service-delivery requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in IT hardware asset management or IT operations.
• Experience managing full hardware asset lifecycle—from procurement to decommissioning.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB.

Aufgaben

• Place and manage IT hardware orders for AMER.
• Own end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle including provisioning and decommissioning.
• Ensure accurate asset tagging and chain-of-custody throughout the lifecycle.
• Support and escalate ServiceNow asset-related tasks for regional/on-site coordinators.
• Maintain accurate asset and CI records in the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and remediation for database accuracy.
• Conduct stockroom audits across AMER regions.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and align stockroom processes with audits.
