People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an Information Technology Generalist III (Mid) to serve as a senior resource for Navy information systems and networks. You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage server ecosystems, and contribute to security, patching, and RMF/POA&M tasks.

The role covers Windows/Linux servers, AD/GP, DNS/DHCP, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network devices.

Qualifications

4-10 years of progressive experience in IT support.
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Strong networking skills and incident handling.
Experience with server administration and virtualization.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for Navy information systems and networks.
Diagnose hardware/software issues and patch lifecycle maintenance.
Manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and WAN/LAN components.
Assist with STIG compliance, RMF documentation, and POA&M updates.
Administer Windows and Linux servers, AD/GP, DNS/DHCP, virtualization platforms.
Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and change records.
Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with cybersecurity and network teams.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve resilience.
