Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4-10 years of IT experience, with strong knowledge of hardware, software and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad technical support for Navy information systems, network infrastructure and components, troubleshooting issues and assisting with performance optimization.
• Support advanced issue resolution, diagnosing complex problems, coordinating remediation efforts and implementing corrective actions.
• Deliver network management support, including monitoring network health, configuration changes and connectivity requirements.
• Provide server administration support, including monitoring, patching, backup and configuration updates.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configuration management, troubleshooting and compliance.
• Assist in information assurance and security compliance across supported systems, following cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and process improvements to strengthen performance and security.
