Job summary

Revo Health in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Information Technology Senior Field Support Engineer to provide primary technical support for PC and phone issues, interfacing with networks and software applications. You'll train new IT hires and lead projects, working at corporate office and in clinic spaces.

You will handle end-user support, escalations, and coordination with IT teams, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience (Help Desk preferred).
• Experience with Horizon virtual desktop.
• Experience with M365 administration.
• Experience supporting EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Train new field engineers and mentor staff on the team.
• Lead resolution of difficult IT issues and projects.
• Serve as SME on at least one third-party product.
• Escalate and coordinate with Senior Engineers as needed.
• Provide updates to end users via ticketing system.
