Job summary

Revo Health in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Senior Field Support Engineer to provide primary technical support to end-users across PC and phone systems, while delivering strong customer service. You will assist in training new IT hires and lead IT projects, interfacing with network, phone systems and software applications in clinic and surgery center spaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience (Help Desk preferred).
• Experience with Virtual Desktop System such as Omnissa Horizon.
• Experience with M365 Administration.
• Experience with EMR Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary technical support to end-users on PC and phone related troubleshooting.
• Train new IT hires and lead projects.
• Escalation support and mentoring of junior staff.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and support services.
