Qualifications

• 5+ years IT Experience (Help Desk preferred).
• Support of Virtual Desktop System such as Omnissa's Horizon.
• Support of M365 Administration.
• Support of EMR Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary IT support to end-users and diagnose issues.
• Train and mentor field engineers and junior staff.
• Lead IT projects and office deployments.
• Maintain documentation and ticket updates.
• Support remote users and clinical offices.
