Job summary

Revo Health is seeking an Information Technology Senior Field Support Engineer for our Bloomington office. You will provide primary technical support to end-users, troubleshoot PC and phone issues, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with network and software teams.

The role supports Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, and enterprise apps; requires 5+ years IT experience and ability to work onsite 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Bloomington location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience (Help Desk preferred).
• Experience with Virtual Desktop systems such as Omnissa's Horizon.
• Experience with M365 Administration and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for PCs, printers, email, and desktop apps.
• Lead IT projects and mentor junior staff within the team.
• Install, configure, and support Windows PCs and enterprise applications.
