Job summary
SSA Marine seeks an experienced Assistant Manager-IT Terminal Operations to lead IT field services at one or more terminals. You will manage daily IT operations, oversee field service staff, and coordinate with centralized IT and Cybersecurity to ensure secure, reliable technology services across terminal operations.
Applicants should have 7+ years in IT with leadership experience and an ITIL certification, plus familiarity with terminal or OT environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience including lead or supervisory roles.
- Current ITIL certification is required.
- Experience in terminal, industrial, transportation, logistics, or OT environments would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT operations and Field Services teams supporting terminals.
- Serve as senior on-site IT leader coordinating with centralized IT.
- Direct local incident response, changes, and vendor performance; mentor staff.
