Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT work experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• CPR/AED and Defensive Driving certification within one year per company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, troubleshoot, and support hardware and software for IT users' desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Provide 24x7 after-hours field support and coordinate with vendors for resolutions.
• Support communications and AV needs for conferences and leadership meetings.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
