Job summary

Les Olson IT in Utah is seeking an experienced Engineer 3 to serve as a senior technical resource in Managed IT Services. You will design, implement, and troubleshoot complex on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments and provide Tier 3 escalation support.

You will mentor junior engineers, lead projects, and drive automation and operational improvements to reduce incidents and risk while aligning with security best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure and cloud experience.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and initiatives.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, support, and troubleshoot complex on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT environments.
• Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, security, migration projects.
• Mentor Engineer 1 and 2 team members through technical guidance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions.
