• REST API design and integration for cloud providers and internal platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, GitHub, BeyondTrust).
• Automated cloud provisioning workflows via IaC and pipelines, replacing manual processes.
• Logging, monitoring, and observability across AWS, Azure, and GCP to align with AWS standards.
• Automation of configuration management using Ansible for cloud-native environments.
• POC initiatives to modernize legacy infrastructure with cloud technologies and enterprise AI infrastructure.
• Governance, maintenance, and updates for core cloud and IaC technologies; enterprise integration with ITSM tools.
• Senior-level oversight and mentorship for DevOps I/II engineers; internal Communities of Practice leadership.
• IAM roles, security groups, and baseline controls to support CIS hardening and compliance.
