Job summary

Les Olson IT in Utah is seeking a Senior Engineer 3 to serve as a senior technical resource within Managed IT Services. You will design, lead projects, mentor engineers, and drive automation to improve customer outcomes while reducing risk.

Responsibilities include designing and supporting on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT, AD/Entra ID, 365, virtualization, and security implementations across diverse customer environments. The role emphasizes leadership and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, support, and troubleshoot complex on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT environments.
Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments.
Design and support AD and Entra ID hybrid identity environments.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 and cloud productivity platforms.
Design, deploy, and maintain virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Configure and support Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
Design and support enterprise storage, backup, DR, and BC solutions.
Troubleshoot advanced networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VPN, VLAN).
Support server/storage/identity/cloud across diverse environments.
