The University of South Carolina seeks a skilled information technology professional to provide systems administration and frontline/advanced support for the College of Nursing's Windows and macOS endpoint environments. You will manage Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Active Directory, and Group Policy, and support classroom, AV, livestreaming, and hybrid events across College locations.

Formación

• Experience providing advanced technical support in a complex environment, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• Experience administering Windows and macOS endpoint environments (Intune, Jamf, AD, GPO).
• Experience with device provisioning, deployment, software packaging, patch management, and endpoint security/compliance.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across multiple users and endpoints.
• Experience supporting audiovisual, classroom, conferencing, livestreaming systems.
• Experience guiding and mentoring IT support staff and student workers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide systems administration for Windows and macOS endpoints and enterprise technologies.
• Manage Intune, Jamf, AD, and Group Policy in a distributed campus environment.
• Support classroom AV, livestreaming, and hybrid events.
• Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and partners to implement solutions and projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources.
• Provide frontline and escalation support to faculty, staff, and students.
