Job summary

Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing is seeking an IT End-User Support Technician to deliver hands-on support for hardware, software, and networking throughout the St. Louis facility.

You will join a dynamic IT team providing proactive maintenance and reactive troubleshooting to ensure employees stay productive. Responsibilities include image and deployment of hardware, Asset Manager updates in ServiceNow, and support for printing, mobile devices, and conference room tech.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience providing technical support to end users in an enterprise environment.
• High-touch, white-glove client support in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who thrives in a team yet can work independently with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of hardware break/fix; HP/Lenovo hardware preferred.
• Excellent IT troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 help desk and onsite L2 support for onsite and remote clients.
• Handle incidents and requests in ServiceNow; assist without tickets when needed.
• Image, configure, and deploy HP and Lenovo laptops/desktops.
