Job summary

Astreya is seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist to provide tier 2, white-glove IT support across our Manhattan office. You will manage endpoints, handle AD/Entra ID/Okta, and deploy MacBooks and Windows laptops with Jamf Pro and Intune.

Travel between Manhattan and Jersey City may be required to support office moves, events, and site initiatives. Strong communication and executive-facing service are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on desktop support in a corporate setting.
• Strong troubleshooting across macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune enrollment and deployment.
• Hands-on AD/cloud IAM administration (Entra ID/Okta).
• Ability to travel between Manhattan & Jersey City offices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets with white-glove service for executives.
• Handle user administration in AD, Entra ID, and Okta.
• Image and deploy MacBooks/Windows laptops via Jamf Pro and Intune.
• Provide backstop support for retail lab systems and POS hardware.
• Manage workstation assets, inventory, and warranty repairs.
• Set up conference room AV and video tools for meetings.
• Document tickets in ServiceNow and meet SLAs.
• Travel between NYC offices as needed for site initiatives.
