Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in IT, digital transformation, or operational leadership.
• 5+ years leading enterprise digital transformations or ERP programs.
• 5+ years developing technology strategies and operating models in manufacturing, industrial, or services.
• 3+ years managing technology portfolios, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• 3+ years of people management.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders and presenting tech strategies.

Aufgaben

• Serve as senior IT business partner for ESS Group (Services, PSD, CPS).
• Align technology investments with business strategy and operations.
• Define and execute ESS IT strategy and operating model.
• Lead digital transformation across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and operations.
• Oversee strategic initiatives (Salesforce, SAP ECC, field service management, OT connectivity).
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to enable value realization.
• Own ESS digital thread strategy with data integrity and system integration.
• Lead organizational change for adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Develop BRM and IT leadership; build capability and succession.
• Establish and govern technology investment priorities and benefits realization.
• Evaluate investments using business cases, metrics, and ROI.
