Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in information technology, digital transformation, business technology, or operational leadership.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide digital transformation, ERP, OT, EA, or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior IT business partner for ESS Group and its services; PSD and CPS businesses.
• Align technology investments with business strategy and operational objectives.
• Define and execute the ESS IT strategy and operating model to improve efficiency and performance.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations.
• Own the ESS digital thread strategy with data integrity and system integration across product and service lifecycle.
