Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Director IT, ESS Group BRM to serve as the senior IT leader and strategic partner for ESS, PSD, and CPS businesses in the United States. You will align technology strategy with business priorities and drive digital transformation to improve operational performance.

You will lead the ESS digital thread strategy, oversee governance, talent development, and investment prioritization, and deliver measurable business value through SAP ECC, Salesforce, OT connectivity, and ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
10+ years of experience in information technology, digital transformation, business technology, or operational leadership.
5+ years leading enterprise-wide digital transformation, ERP, OT, enterprise architecture, or process improvement initiatives.
3+ years managing technology portfolios, capital budgets, investments, and vendor relationships.
Experience partnering with executive business leaders and presenting technology strategies, business cases, or investment recommendations.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior IT business partner for the ESS Group, supporting the Services, PSD, and CPS businesses.
Partner with ESS Group leadership to align technology investments with business strategy and operational objectives.
Define and execute the ESS IT strategy and operating model to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.
Lead digital transformation initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and business operations.
Develop and mentor BRM and IT leaders while building organizational capability and succession strength.
Establish and govern technology investment priorities, including portfolio management, capital planning, risk management, and vendor oversight.
