Komatsu Mining Corp. is seeking a Senior IT Desktop Support Technician for on-site support at our Newberry, SC facility. The role covers maintenance and support of devices and systems, with collaboration across support teams and involvement in new technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of IT client support experience, an IT-related degree or cert, and familiarity with Zebra MC9300 RF equipment. On-site duties and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Competenze

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred; a technical certification is strong
• 3–5 years of IT client support experience
• Education may be substituted by relevant experience as applicable

Mansioni

• Provide advanced on-site troubleshooting and support for all user levels in office, plant, and warehouse
• Maintain and manage LAN, patching, antivirus, hardware images, and deployments
• Support and rollout new client technologies including PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
