Cooper Norcross Health, formerly Cooper University Health Care, is seeking a skilled IT technician to install and support desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. You will respond to technical issues, perform diagnostics, and provide on-site assistance for hospital locations in Camden and surrounding areas.
The role requires at least five years of hardware experience, an A+ or MCP preferred, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Competenze
- Minimum 5 years of experience in computer hardware installation, maintenance and repair.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- A+ certificate or MCP preferred.
Mansioni
- Install and support all desktop hardware and software.
- Replace and remove old hardware.
- Maintain Remedy tickets and provide on-call support.
- Coordinate IT projects and educate end users.
- Escalate issues to desktop manager when needed.
