Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead customer deployment projects from initiation to delivery and closure. You will drive scope, schedule, and delivery while coordinating with Sales, engineering, production, and logistics to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, PMP preferred, and legal eligibility to work in the United States. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional influence and strong client focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within data centers, IT infrastructure, technology deployment, or professional services.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, concurrent projects and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Project management certification, such as PMP, preferred
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong service orientation and commitment to responsiveness, quality, accountability, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from initiation through delivery and closure, maintaining alignment on scope, schedule, priorities, responsibilities, and outcomes.
• Serve as the primary customer contact or, when a Program Manager owns the broader relationship, lead project-level communication and delivery in alignment with that role.
• Build customer trust through professionalism, responsiveness, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
• Lead cross-functional teams through influence, setting priorities and driving accountability without direct reporting authority.
