• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, risks, issues and actions.
• Coordinate internal, external, and third-party resources.
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines and communications.
• Provide status reporting to stakeholders on progress and mitigations.
• Mentor junior project staff and drive continuous improvement.
