Job summary

Flex is building an AI-native private bank for business owners, hiring a senior IT & corporate engineering builder. You will own IT and corporate engineering end to end, manage an external IT partner, and design onboarding and deprovisioning processes to enable new hires on day one.

You will administer identity and productivity stacks (Okta, Google Workspace), design policy, and build automation to remove manual work across the SaaS estate.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering mindset with a focus on enablement for other teams.
• Experience integrating identity, access, and SaaS tools at scale.
• Comfort designing security and provisioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Own IT and corporate engineering end to end: roadmap, budget, vendor relationships.
• Manage external IT partner as delivery capacity with clear SLA and escalation paths.
• Design joiner/mover/leaver and entitlement models for fast onboarding.
• Administer identity and productivity stacks including SSO and SCIM.
• Own operational policy: device standards, access workflows, and procurement reviews.
• Build automation for provisioning, access reviews, and license reconciliation.
• Run endpoint and MDM programs across a distributed company.
• Own Flex's corporate security posture: MFA, conditional access, privileged access.
