Flex is seeking a Director of Financial Systems & Transformation in NYC to own internal financial systems, including ERP, P2P, and AI-driven workflows. Lead ITGC and controls readiness as Flex scales, partnering with Finance, Engineering, and AI Central to deliver a modern, scalable finance function.

The role requires deep ERP experience, US GAAP mastery, and a passion for automation, with hybrid work from our NYC headquarters and collaboration with leadership to drive strategic systems

Formación

• 10+ years in financial systems or related field in high-growth environments.
• Deep ERP experience with go-live, integration design, and optimization.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and month-end close expertise.
• History building ITGC and access control frameworks.
• Ability to translate finance needs into system design and automation.
• Experience with API integrations and data pipelines with engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own ERP (Campfire) configuration, close module setup, COA governance, and system health.
• Manage P2P and T&E tooling strategy as we scale.
• Oversee integrations across financial systems and data sources with HRIS payroll integration.
• Act as product owner for finance tooling enhancements with vendors and tech teams.
• Lead FP&A tooling evaluation and SOX readiness in collaboration with Finance.
• Identify automation opportunities and build a roadmap with Finance leadership.
