Job summary

Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners, enabling payments, credit, and core financial services at scale. As a Software Engineer II, you will own features end-to-end, ship frequently, and work across a modern tech stack in a fast-paced fintech setting.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions while balancing speed, reliability, and compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in software development and ability to work within established systems.
• Product sense and focus on user impact and business value.
• Ability to take ownership and maintain quality of what you build.
• English proficiency for collaboration and documentation.
• Strong work ethic and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of medium-sized features and tasks across the product stack.
• Build user-facing features, internal tools, APIs, and backend services.
• Write clear, maintainable, and tested code with long-term ownership.
• Participate in code reviews and provide timely feedback to teammates.
• Build features with the end product and user in mind, not just the code.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to deliver high-impact work.
