Flex is seeking a trusted advisor for high-net-worth members, delivering premium white-glove service with an uncompromising standard for quality while working remotely.

You will own complex fintech cases across banking, credit, and payments end to end, manage sensitive scenarios like frozen accounts, disputes and compliance with judgment, and create documentation, file detailed bug reports, and route high-value leads in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
