Raymond James Financial seeks an Information Compliance Risk Management professional to support IT compliance programs. Leads major projects with significant business impact, researching regulatory updates and delivering communications plans to impacted teams.

Role requires extensive knowledge of securities and banking compliance, IT controls, and industry regulations. Hybrid work arrangement and collaboration with senior management are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Compliance and/or the financial services industry preferred or equivalent combination of experience/education.
• Knowledge of OCC, SEC, FINRA and state securities regulatory agencies regulations.
• Experience with IT compliance controls and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.

Responsabilités

• Execute regulatory assessments (annual and targeted).
• Monitor IT issue progress and escalate as needed.
• Review IT policies and propose changes to Senior Management.
• Act as a resource on compliance issues for clients and staff.
• Lead compliance metrics development and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT Compliance processes.
