This senior role leads organizational change management and training planning for complex initiatives, including data and security governance programs, while contributing to training facilitation and instructional design.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating large-scale training or change management efforts.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, time management and project management skills.
• Ability to translate tech impacts for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with IT and business teams to define change management and training strategies.
• Lead execution of change management and training plans driving adoption of new tools and IT changes.
• Create clear content including communications, online learning materials, job aids, and instructor-led training.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate and deliver learning resources.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation, analysis, and enablement activities.
• Review materials with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
