Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City is seeking a Senior Analyst – IT Change & Configuration Management to govern and improve the enterprise's IT Change Management and CMDB processes. You will coordinate the end-to-end Change Management lifecycle and ensure data integrity within the CMDB.

You will report to the IT Change & Configuration Management Lead and collaborate with Infrastructure, Applications, Network, Cloud, IT security, and MSPs to drive governance, reporting, and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 3+ years in ITSM with Change and CMDB responsibilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB governance.

Responsibilities

• Govern IT Change Management lifecycle with policies, approvals, and CAB support.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy, CI relationships, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and governance reporting for Change and CMDB.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Applications, Network, and MSPs to ensure data quality.
• Lead process improvements, audits, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
