Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City is seeking a Senior Analyst – IT Change & Configuration Management to govern and continually improve IT Change Management and CMDB processes across infrastructure, applications, and services. You will lead CAB activities, ensure CMDB data quality, monitor changes, and partner with cross‑functional teams and MSPs to drive IT service stability and governance.

This role reports to the IT Change & Configuration Management Lead and offers growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of IT Service Management experience with Change Management and CMDB in an enterprise environment.
Experience supporting CMDB processes, CI lifecycle, reconciliation, and governance.
Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM/CMDB platform.

Responsibilities

Administer, coordinate, and govern IT Change Management with standard, normal, and emergency changes.
Coordinate Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and document corrective actions.
Maintain CMDB accuracy, CI relationships, and data-quality controls.
Develop dashboards and KPIs for Change Management and CMDB performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and MSPs to improve governance and automation.
