Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of IT Service Management experience, with hands-on Change Management and CMDB in an enterprise environment.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise ITSM/CMDB platform.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and data-quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Govern IT Change Management lifecycle with policies, approvals, and CAB facilitation.
• Review Change Requests for completeness, risk, and rollback plans; track outcomes.
• Evaluate changes for operational, security, and business impact with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate Post-Implementation Reviews and ensure corrective actions are tracked to completion.
• Maintain CMDB governance, CI ownership, lifecycle updates, and service mappings.
• Support dashboards, KPIs, and governance reporting for Change Management and CMDB.
