Job summary

Ideal Group in Detroit, MI is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to drive the development, maintenance, and modernization of business applications and enterprise systems. You will partner with business stakeholders and distributed development teams to translate requirements into practical solutions and ensure delivery.

This role requires strong hands-on SQL and C#/ASP.NET experience, SDLC and Agile practices, and the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex systems.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software development or enterprise applications.
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining existing applications.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience coordinating with distributed development teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support business applications, ERP systems, integrations, and custom software.
• Analyze, debug, modify code and database objects to resolve issues.
• Investigate production issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with business users to require, analyze, and translate requirements.
• Coordinate upgrades, deployments, incidents, and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance to offshore teams and review deliverables.
