Job summary
Ideal Group Inc in Detroit is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to support development, maintenance, and modernization of critical business applications and enterprise systems.
The role combines hands-on development with requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and technical coordination with offshore teams to deliver practical solutions. You will apply SDLC and Agile practices, troubleshoot issues, and drive ERP and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in software development or enterprise applications.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements.
- Experience with distributed or offshore development teams and guidance.
- Experience across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support business applications and ERP systems.
- Analyze, debug, and modify code, SQL objects, and configurations.
- Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities between stakeholders, offshore teams, vendors.
- Review deliverables, identify risks, and drive projects to completion.
- Apply SDLC and Agile practices to ensure releases and support.
