The Ideal Group is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst in Detroit, MI to support development, maintenance, and modernization of business applications and ERP systems. You will engage with business stakeholders and distributed teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive projects through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software development, preferably enterprise apps.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Experience across the full SDLC and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, maintain, and support business applications, ERP systems, integrations, and custom software solutions.
• Analyze, debug, and modify application code, SQL/database objects, and configurations to troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate day-to-day technical activities between stakeholders, offshore teams, vendors, and internal resources.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Apply SDLC/Agile practices to ensure requirements, testing, release readiness, and production support.
