Job summary

SSAB Americas seeks a Business IT Senior Analyst to bridge Value+ with IT, aligning technology with strategic goals, productivity, and growth. You will work across operations, sales, finance, and supply chain to implement digital solutions, improve reporting, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires deep knowledge of ERP, analytics, and manufacturing processes, with responsibility for project management, system enhancements, and change management across SSAB platforms.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from a college or university.
• 7 years’ experience in a Business Analysis or similar role in steel related businesses.
• Expertise in business processes and e-commerce solutions.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing business solutions to drive ROI.
• Tableau, Power BI, and/or analytics knowledge.
• ERP solutions experience and software selection experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT and business systems liaison for Value+.
• Support ERP systems, MES, production planning tools, and related applications.
• Lead change management activities and coordinate requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Monitor project risks, issues and mitigation plans; provide status reports to leadership.
• Champion CPMS process for project management and partner with Project Management Team.
